Everyone wants to be lean these days, whether when stepping off a scale in the morning or reviewing the cost of running a successful business. At a time when companies are cutting costs and seeking to survive, improving business processes is being viewed as a way to save money and increase profitability. Taking a lean and nimble approach to BPM will enable companies to do more — with less.

In a webinar recently hosted by BP Logix, Forrester Research Analyst Clay Richardson discussed lean and nimble strategies to avoid the “Seven Deadly Sins” that drive bloat and failure on BPM projects.  Clay was joined by John Vilim, a leading CTO who has implemented Lean BPM to achieve his business objectives.

It’s not to late to listen to BPM’s 7 Deadly Sins webinar, and to learn why improving business processes is being viewed as a way to save money and increase profitability — and how a lean and nimble approach to BPM can get you there.
